HI there-- would love to see some more posts about your garden. My hydrangeas are being crowded out by holly bushes, and some years there aren't many blooms. But this year they are beautiful-- especially as they preside over white and red impatiens-- very appropriate for July 4!
This is my first real experience with receiving a 'live' update via RSS since I created the account earlier today. COOL! The garden got a good watering from above today-- hooray!
OK, I posted more stuff about the (limited) activity in my garden. i'm jealous about your hydrangeas. They sound graet. I like the color combination with the impatiens, too. For a while there, I had a bleeding heart in my garden that was surrounded by ajuga. The ajuga, which is a ground cover, would put up short deep purple flower stalks at the same time that the bleeding heart was arching over with long fronts of pink and white flowers. It was beautiful. The area shaded over, though and now the ajuga isn't doing so well. I've pruned the nearby bushes, though, so maybe it'll come back.
